Premium Shipper Services (PSS) are optional, subscription- and subscription-based services available to Transport4 shippers — including Third Party Tickets, B2B XML/CSV data feeds, Nomination Capacity, and bulletins.
Logging in
Open your web browser and go to https://www.transport4.com. Enter the email address used to set up your T4 account and your password in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Requesting access to a Premium Shipper Service
If you need access to a Premium Shipper Service (for example, Third Party Tickets), start with your company's own Primary Company Administrator (PCA) or Company Administrator (COA) — this is your company's own admin, not a Transport4 role, and they're responsible for authorizing which services your company pays for. They can grant you access directly (see "Assigning PSS rights to your users" below) without needing to contact Transport4.
Quick Tip: Not sure who your PCA/COA is? Here’s 3 easy steps to locate your Company Administrator.
-
From the user dashboard, select the question mark bubble in the top right of the T4 application.
Next, select Your administrator
-
Once you’ve selected your administrator, The PCA contact information pops out from the dropdown menu, See below.
Alternatively, your administrator can also be found using the T4 Lookup tool.
The Premium Shipper Services Agreement
Before any user at your company can be granted a Premium Shipper Service, your company must accept the Premium Shipper Services Agreement.
By accepting Transport4's Company Subscriber Agreement, your Company Administrator acknowledges that your company is responsible for paying all fees for the Premium Shipper Services it uses. Permitted users won't have access to these services until the company accepts that responsibility and its billing address is on file — this is typically collected when your company account is first set up in T4.
Once accepted, your Company Administrator has the authority to grant your company's users access to Premium Shipper Services.
Assigning PSS rights to your users (add screenshots to each step)
As the PCA or Company Administrator, you can grant your users access directly — no Help Desk request required once your company has accepted the agreement above.
Log in and go to your T4 Dashboard.
-
Click Administration and select User Search.
Search for the user you want to grant access to, and select them from the results.
-
Under PSS rights, click Assigned to add the requested access.
-
In the Premium Services window, select the service you want to grant from the drop-down, then click the right arrow to assign it to the user.
Access takes effect immediately — your user can start using the service as soon as it's assigned.
Pricing
Current pricing for all Premium Shipper Services (B2B XML, B2B Spreadsheets, Third Party Tickets, historical ticket retrieval, and bulletins) is maintained on the PSS Fee Schedule page.
