What is +Add Pipeline User Type?
The +Add Pipeline User Type feature allows a Company Administrator to manage a user’s pipeline access in Transport4. Admins can grant or restrict access based on Carrier and Company combinations, and apply filters to limit user access to specific Locations and Product Types.
Note: A Company Administrator’s ability to assign access is limited to the access already granted to them. They can only assign access types and filters that they themselves have.
T4 may occasionally contact a Company Administrator to authorize access for a user associated with another company. T4 will never assign access without prior authorization from the appropriate Company Administrator.
Accessing the User Configuration Screen
To assign pipeline user types, navigate to the User Configuration screen. The option to add user type access is located just above the Pipeline System Access section near the bottom of the screen.
