Carrier and Company Administrator Checklist
This checklist is specifically for carrier and company administrators who have the duty of managing and maintaining an accurate user count for their respective companies. The ensuing transition necessitates each administrator to certify that the below-listed items are properly aligned, ensuring a seamless transition.
1. Conduct a comprehensive review of all users associated with your company.
2. For users categorized as "Active," confirm their validity and their need for Transport4 access. Make sure their account details are accurate. The following details should be checked for each user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Valid Company Email Address
- Pipeline System Access
- PSS Rights (only if applicable)
In instances where "Active" users no longer require access to Transport4, the administrator should update their status to "Deleted."
3. For users marked as "Pending First Login" or "Created," determine if these users still require Transport4 access. If access is necessary, assist them in activating their account. This might include resending the activation email. However, if they no longer need access, change the user status to "Deleted."
4. For users with a "Suspended" or "Inactive" status, confirm whether they still require Transport4 access. If necessary, the account status should be updated to "Active." If not, mark the status as "Deleted."
5. Regarding active B2B accounts employed for transactions between Transport4 and your company's business systems, it is crucial to confirm that the B2B account is linked to a dedicated email address.
