Searching for a User (Admins Only)
To search for users in T4, you must have one of the following User Types:
- Company Administrator (COA)
- Primary Company Administrator (PCA)
- Carrier Administrator (CRA)
1) Once logged in to your account, please click on the "Admin" icon located at the top right of your screen and select User Search.
2) There are multiple ways to search for a User on the User Search page.
- You can enter the 3 digit characters in the company field to see who has access to that Company.
- You can also choose the User Type if you are looking for a specific User Type.
- The best way to search for a user is to enter their Username or Email Address.
3) If you do not know the entire search criteria for the user like the last name, you can use Wildcards to search for a user. Wildcards can be used in all searchable screens except the Nomination Entry screen.
An asterisk (*) is a wildcard that is irrespective of the number of characters.
For example, entering RICKET* would return all search results with that part of the last name. If would like to learn more about Wildcards, click here.
Please note, when performing a search using Email Address, the results will consist of:
- Any account that has that particular email address associated with it
- Any push that has that particular email address associated with it
4) Click on the Username (JrtestAAA) to access the account. The User Configuration page shows the specifics to the User's account. From this page you can Review, Add, or Change:
- PSS Rights
- Pushes
- Add a User
You can also do the following on this page:
- Copy a User's Account
- Send Reset Password Email
- Change Name
5) Scroll down on the same User Configuration page and you will see the Pipeline System Access the User has. On this screen, you can Add, Edit, Copy, and Delete Pipeline Access.
Please note, you can only edit the access to the pipeline you are an administrator for.
