Searching for a User
This video is going to cover how to search for users.
This can be accessed by the Primary Company Administrator, Company Administrator, or Carrier Administrator.
The administrator icon is only available on administrator accounts.
To search for a user, click on User Search.
There are multiple ways to search for a user on this page.
Enter the 3-digit character in the Company field if you are looking for someone who has access to a specific company.
Choose the User Type field if you looking for a specific User Type.
The best way to find specific accounts is to enter the username or email address.
If you do not know the entire last name (of the user) you can use an asterisk as a Wildcard to search for the user with that last name.
For example, entering RICKET* would return all results with part of that last name.
Please Note: An email address will pull up any account that has that email address associated with it, this includes pushes.
These are your search results.
Click on the username to view the user configuration screen.
This page shows the specifics (of) the user’s account. From the page, you can review, add, or change:
- PSS Rights
- Pushes
- Add User
You can also do the following:
- Copy User
- Send Reset Password Email
- Change Name
Below is the pipeline access that the user has. Please note, you can only edit the access to the pipeline that you are an administrator for.
