A Bulletin is published by either Transport4, a Terminal, or a Carrier. This feature is most commonly used to communicate issues that impact a large number of users such as allocations, line outages, product lifting dates, etc.

Bulletin Screen Layout
Functionality
- Search – Search bulletins by keyword or carrier code. Enter the criteria you are looking for and click “Search”
- Sort & Filter – Filter by carrier and sort by “Favorites, Read, Date”, “Read Favorites”, “Date”, or “Carrier, Date”. Make the filter or sort changes that you need and click “Apply” and “Close”.
- Sort – The most common sort option is Favorites, Read, and Date.
- Filter – Filtering allows you to remove carriers whose bulletins you do not need to see.
- Mark Unread – Mark a bulletin as unread. Click the checkbox next to the bulletin and click “Mark Unread”. You can choose multiples by clicking the box next to each bulletin you want to work with. Marking a bulletin as unread moves it to the top of the screen if you are using the default sort.
- Mark Read – Mark a bulletin as read. Click the checkbox next to the bulletin and click “Mark Read”. You can choose multiples by clicking the box next to each bulletin you want to work with.
- Mark Favorite – If there is a bulletin that you will need to refer to often, such as the Colonial Calendar, you can mark it as a favorite. Click the checkbox next to the bulletin and click “Mark Favorite”.
- Adding a bulletin to your favorites will move it and pin it to the top of the bulletins.
- Print – To print a bulletin, click on the bulletin that you want to print and click “Print”.

Bulletin Layout
Publisher – The party that created the bulletin. This is usually a carrier or Transport4.
- Publisher type will be Carrier, Terminal, or Transport4.
- Type – Type describes the role of the party that created the bulletin.
- Carrier – The audience that will receive the bulletin.
- Date – The date the bulletin was published or updated.
- Number – The number that is randomly assigned to the bulletin by the author.
- The only exception is five bulletins that Colonial publishes. The Fungible Deliveries into Major Functions, Transit Times, Colonial Calendar, Date Info, and Origin Starts bulletins are updated and keep their original numbers.
You have the option at the bottom of the bulletin to email or fax the bulletin. If you click “Email”, the bulletin will be sent to the default email for the user account that you are logged into. If you click “Fax”, the bulletin will be faxed to the default email on the user account.
