Enter known information below i.e. Batch Cod, or if you do not know the batch code, you can enter the Carrier, Shipper, Product, and Cycle.
You can use the type-ahead feature to find the codes you don’t know.
Note, that the carrier code is now next to the product code.
You can also enter the Cycle to narrow your search results further.
Wildcards can be used in most search screens.
- An asterisk (*) is a wild card that is irrespective of the number of characters
- A question mark (?) is a wild card for a single character
- A comma (,) allows you to enter multiple codes
- A hyphen (-) allows you to search for a range of inclusive of the end points.
You can also use the Party to the Event field, other criteria, and date field to further (narrow) down your search results.
To view Deleted Nominations, select Include Deleted or Show Deleted Only.

If you have your page sorted, this resets the sorting on your page.
Use this filter to filter down your results.
i.e. filter by Tankage or Sup/Con.
We do not recommend that you filter by dates/volumes as it will not work.

The grayed-out columns are fixed columns and can be moved around but not removed.
To add/remove a column, simply check/uncheck the column. To move the column, use the 6 dots to drag and drop to your desired location.
Use the other options to print your results, export, sort results, save your search, and email or set up your pushes.
