The Menu System

The Menu System is divided into 2 separate areas, the Header, and the Footer. The Header contains everything needed to perform tasks of all types utilizing its powerful, easy to use Primary, Secondary and Miscellaneous integrated menu systems. The Footer allows quick access to website pages including online help, corporate and administrator information.

The Header

The Header appears on all website pages and consists of a menu system that allows: full or partial batch code searches, viewing of third party tickets, alerts, bulletins, T4 password reset and log out, online help desk access and additional user controls:


1. T4 Logo – When clicked, the T4 logo navigates to the Transport4 Dashboard.

2. Searches for Batch Codes: Full and partial Batch Codes can be searched. The format for entering Batch Codes are as follows: Numbers, Characters, and Dashes without any spaces: 


3. The Marketing Center displays Alerts and Bulletins: Numbers displaying next to any of these items indicate that there are that many items to view. Click header to access features:


4. Logout & User Controls – Allows for account configuration including push options, access to the online help desk, logging out of T4 and changing the user password.
Administrative accounts have full access to the following and display as the person icon: Administrative Accounts COA (Company Administrator) or CRA (Carrier Administrator Account):


5. Primary Menu bar - Allows for global navigation to the following web pages:

A Secondary Menu bar will display when the cursor is placed over a Primary Bar menu item.

6. Billing – Only the Administrator has access to T4 invoices. Other (accountant) security levels have access to Carrier invoices.
Marketplace – Carrier initiated auctions are held in the Marketplace.
Inventory – Pipeline inventory is driven by the user's security.

The Footer

The Footer menu only appears on the Dashboard page and slides up when clicked to display the following: online help desk and tutorials, company administrator and account information, pipeline information, T4 information, and T4 application information. Clicking on the Footer menu when open will close it.
