Lookup Codes

Lookup Codes can be used to find:

• Company Administrators
• Company Codes (Shippers, S/C, & Tankage)
• Line Segments
• Locations
• Product codes
• More......

These codes are carrier-specific where necessary

If you do not know the (3) letter Identification Code for a particular company, it can be located by hovering over the "Cogwheel" in the top right-hand corner of the T4 Dashboard. 




You will need to click on the drop-down box and select "Companies". Then select the letter that corresponds with the first letter of the company you are looking for. In most cases, the letters will be the same.

Lookup Code Options

If you need to Lookup Codes for something more specific, such as Company Administrators or Line Segments, you will need to choose the carrier as well. 

Location Code, Line Segments, Product Codes, and other carrier-specific codes can also be found using the type aheads on the Nomination, Schedule, or Ticket search pages.
