Setting Up a Push (Periodic Push)
Today we will cover how to set up a Periodic Push.
A Periodic Push allows you to save an inquiry and have it emailed and/or faxed to you periodically throughout the day.
For this video, we will set up a Ticket Search Periodic Push.
Please note that you can set up a Periodic Push for Nominations, Schedules, Tickets, etc.
To create a Ticket Push, you will need to search for the Tickets and save your search.
To search for your tickets, enter any known information i.e. Carrier, Shipper, and Product.
*Please note, information is not needed to perform a Search
Instead of using the cycle, we recommend using the Dates filters below. Once you have entered all of the search criteria, click Search.
Click on the Save icon to save the Search. Saving the Search will do 2 things.
1. The Search will be (saved) in the Drawer
2. Allow you to create a Periodic Push.
Enter your Search Name and click Save Search
Click on the (red) tab icon to access your Drawer. Please note you can have multiple Saved Searches.
There are 2 ways to set up a Push.
1. You can set it up through the cogwheel (under Auto Reports/Push Options)
2. By clicking on the envelope and selecting Push Options.
This is the Push Configuration Screen
Click to add a Ticket Push.

Select the Saved Search from the drop-down that you would like to send out Pushes for.
Check the box, if you would still like to receive Pushes even if there are no new Ticket Search Results.
You can modify your Push Name and Enable/Disable your Push.
Add the email recipients or distribution list. Please note that email addresses in the drop-down are associated with your account.
Click (+Add Recipient) to add a new email recipient.
Activate/Deactivate your email recipients or delete their email address.
Reminder: Any email address that you provide will be sent data from your account. Please choose your email addresses carefully.
