Carrier Contact Roles

Carrier Contact roles for Colonial (CPL) and Colonial Terminal Logistics (CTL) can now be assigned to multiple emails and can differ by topic. 

Below is a diagram going over the Role Name as well as the Document that should be sent to each Role.

Add/Edit Carrier Contact Role

Step 1: Click on the cog wheel and select User Configuration.



Step 2: Select Add/Edit Carrier Contact Role.



Step 3: Choose Carrier (CPL or CTL) and then click on the Available Roles and move to Assigned Roles by using the red arrows. 



Step 4: If you need to add more than 1 email address to a specific Role, you will first need to add the email addresses under the Contact Information header. 



Step 5: To add the additional emails to a specific role, select Edit under the Edit Email header and choose the desired emails.
