Administrative | Adding Pipeline Employee Access

Carrier Administrators (CRA's) are now able to add the following Pipeline System Access to their users:

• Pipeline Employee Edit - Ability to View and Edit ALL Nominations, including rejecting, changing and confirming. Also has access to Manage Export page
• Pipeline Employee Audit - Ability to View ALL information, but unable to make changes

These roles are specific for employees of Pipelines and Terminals that need access to all facets of the T4 application. Until recently, only T4 Administrators were able to assign this access to users. 

This access will be granted just like any other access by using the +Add Pipeline User Type located on the User Configuration page. The biggest difference between adding regular access (Scheduler or Accounting) will be the Company dropdown, for this, choose ! - All Companies.

If you are a Carrier Administrator and you do not see Pipeline Employee Edit/Audit as options, please let us know and we will add it.
