Third Party Tickets (Schedules)

In this video, we will learn how to grant a TPT (Third Party Ticket) for Schedules.

There are 2 Third Party Grant types, Batch Grants and Ticket Grants.

In this video, we will cover Schedule grants which are Batch Grants. A Batch can be granted before a ticket is cut. This provides third-party access to the Nominated events and the Scheduled events. Once confirmed by the Grantee, all criteria must match exactly for the grant to return data to the grantee.

Enter known information i.e (Carrier, Shipper, Product, and Cycle)

To Grant this Schedule to another Company, you will need to click on “Add” under the Grant To Column.

Enter the Company Code you are Granting the Schedule to. In this case, we are granting the Schedule to Company BBB.

*You can also enter an expiration date.
Supplier/Consignee (S/C), Tankage, and Ticket # are all optional for a Batch Grant.

Click here to Grant the Schedule(s).

*Once this document has been Granted, anyone at Company BBB who has the authority to accept it can accept it. Once this has been accepted, everyone at company BBB has the ability to view this Schedule.

Below you can see the information related to the TPT such as (Status, TPT Type, Batch Code, and who it was Granted by)

If a mistake was made or you wish to remove the Grant, click on Withdraw.

This number denotes that you have granted Schedule(s) to company BBB.

Click to access your Third Party Requests.

*You are now looking at an account from the perspective of company BBB.

You will need to request access to view this Schedule. Third-Party access is a Transport4 Premium Shipper Service (PSS). It can be requested by either your Company Administrator or Transport4 Helpdesk.

Click to request access to this Schedule.

If you would like to Search for Schedule(s), you can search for them by selecting or entering the appropriate criteria below.

Once your Company Administrator grants you PSS rights to your account, you will be able to accept/reject the Schedule(s).

Once you have accepted the Schedule, the user that has access to Company BBB will be able to search for the Schedule.

Enter known information i.e. (Carrier, Shipper, Product, Cycle, and Ticket #) to search for the Schedule(s).

You can see that Company AAA granted the Schedule to Company BBB.
