Objective: The objective of this article is to show shippers and accounting how to search for Schedules in T4.
Schedule Search
After logging into T4, you will be at the Dashboard which will be covered in another video.
This video will cover the functionality of the Schedule search page.
Navigating T4 is easy with the primary menu bar. Hover over any of these headers and a secondary menu will appear.
Click Search to be taken to the Schedule search screen.
Enter the Batch Code or the information known i.e. the Carrier, Shipper, Product, Cycle, and Schedule type.
Use the type ahead feature to find the product you are searching for.
Cycle is a measure of time.
You can enter the Cycle to narrow your results further.
Wildcards can be used in search screens.
- An asterisk (*) is a wild card that is irrespective of the number of characters.
- A question mark (?) is a wild card for a single character.
- A comma (,) allows you to enter multiple codes.
- A hyphen (-) allows you to search for a range of inclusive of the end points.
Click on Advanced Search to narrow your results even further.
You can click on the search criteria bar on the top to adjust your search more or find results for different data.
Showing changes no longer requires any search criteria including Line and Carrier.
You can see the status of the schedules here as either new, changed, or missing.
Here are the number of results per page. If you would like to show less results, click on the drop down and select the number of results you would like to see.
Use the filter to filter down your results.
i.e. filter by Sup/Con, Location.
We do not recommend you filter by dates/volume as it will not work.
With the ||| icon you can do the following:
- Add/Remove Columns
- Move Columns
The grayed-out columns are fixed columns and can be moved around but not removed.
To add/remove a column, simply check/uncheck the column. To move the column, use the 6 dots to drag and drop to your desired location.
Use the other options to print your results, export, sort results, save your search, and email to set up your pushes.
Click on the batch code to be taken to the batch details page.
The batch details page will show you all of the Nominations, Schedules, and Tickets associated with that batch.
