Ticket Search
After logging into T4, you will see the Dashboard. In this video, you will learn how to search for Tickets.
Click Search.
Enter the Batch Code or the information known i.e. Carrier, Product, or Cycle.
You can use the type-ahead feature to find the codes you do not know.
You can search by cycle to narrow down your results further.
You can also enter a Location to narrow your results further.
Wildcards can be used in search screens.
An asterisk (*) is a wild card that is irrespective of the number of characters.
A question mark (?) is a wild card for a single character.
A comma (,) allows you to enter multiple codes.
A hyphen (-) allows you to search for a range of inclusive of the end points.
Once the search results populate, click on the Ticket number to view the Ticket.
Print the current Ticket or Ticket(s) by clicking print.
Grant Third Party access to this Ticket.
Click the batch code to be taken to the Batch Details page.
The Batch Details page will show you all of the Nom events, Schedules, and Tickets associated with that Batch Code.
Here are the number of results per page. If you would like to adjust your search results number click on the drop-down and select the number of results you would like to see.
Use this filter to filter down your results. i.e. filter by Sup/Con Locations.
We do not recommend you filter by Dates/Volume as it will not work.
With the ||| icon you can do the following:
-Add/Remove Columns
-Move Columns
The grayed-out columns are fixed columns and can be moved around but not removed.
To add/remove a column, simply check/uncheck the column. To move the column, use the 6 dots to drag and drop to your desired location.
Use the other options to print your results, export, sort results, or set up a push.
