What are Schedule Notifications?
Schedule Notifications keep you informed of any changes to schedules that are relevant to you. You will receive a notification when a new schedule is published or when there are updates (such as changes in delivery times, volume, or batch) to any schedule where you are involved in an event.
How do I set up Schedule Notifications?
To set up Schedule Notifications, follow these steps:
- Open the T4 Mobile App and go to the Subscriptions tab.
- Tap the Create button to set up a new notification rule.
- Select criteria like Carrier, Line Segment, and Location for the schedules you want to monitor.
- Save the rule. Notifications will be sent automatically for any new or changed schedules that match your criteria.
How do I view changes in my schedules?
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
- Select the rule you want to view.
- Press and hold a schedule event to see the changes or tap to view detailed information about the event and compare it with previous versions.
What do the status labels like "New", "Changed", or "No Change" mean?
- New: A brand-new schedule event that was recently created.
- No Change: No modifications were made since the last version of the schedule.
- Changed: Updates were made to the schedule (e.g., volume, dates).
- Missing: The event is no longer present in the current schedule.

- Why am I not receiving notifications?
There are a few reasons you might not be receiving notifications:
- App Notifications Disabled: Check your device settings (iOS/Android) to ensure notifications for the T4 Mobile App are enabled.
- System Permissions: Ensure that the app has permission to send notifications. You might have to adjust settings such as Do Not Disturb or Battery Optimization modes, which can suppress notifications.
- Opt-Out: If you've opted out of notifications within the app, you'll need to revisit the Subscriptions tab and adjust your notification settings.
Can I opt-out of Schedule Notifications?
Yes, you can opt out at any time. Navigate to the Subscriptions tab, select the rule, and adjust the settings or delete the rule to stop receiving notifications for that schedule.
Can I create multiple rules for different schedule criteria?
Yes, you can create as many notification rules as needed. Each rule can be tailored with specific carriers, line segments, and locations to ensure you’re notified about the schedules that matter most to you.
