Follow these steps to view rules and identify changes in schedules:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions Scree
a. Open the T4 Mobile App and tap the Subscriptions tab from the bottom navigation.
b. This will display all your current subscription rules. - Use Filters to Refine Results
Tap the Filter button in the top-right corner to refine your results.
a. You can sort based on the Latest Rule or by setting a Schedule Date Range to view schedules within a specific time period. - Select a Rule
a. From the list of rules, tap to select the one you want to view. - Hold to View Changes
a. Press and hold on a Schedule Event within the rule to view what has changed. This will bring up a pop-up showing the differences, such as volume changes or start/end dates. - Tap to View Details
a. Tap on a Schedule Event to view full details. This will show you the current schedule, along with a comparison to the previous version.
Note: The schedule event can have different statuses:
- New: A newly created event.
- No Change: No updates have been made since the last version.
- Changed: Modifications have been made (e.g., volume, date, or batch changes).
- Missing: The event no longer exists in the current schedule.
